Here's how we work through an interior
First we get the trash and loose stuff out. Then we do a quick vacuum so we can see what we're actually dealing with. That's when pet hair, old stains, sand, crumbs in the seat tracks, and all the dirt packed into the little edges start showing themselves.
From there we clean the seats, carpet, mats, door panels, door jambs, dash, displays, steering wheel, shifter, buttons, cupholders, center console, glove box, and all the nooks and crannies we can reach. When we're done, you shouldn't be finding untouched dirt between the window switches or hiding along the trim.
We don't soak the car
If carpet or fabric needs shampooing, we'll shampoo it. If a stain needs to be worked, we'll work it. But we try to use the least amount of water we can. More water doesn't automatically mean cleaner. It can also mean a car that takes forever to dry and has a better chance of getting musty.
Pet hair is its own thing. Some carpet lets go of it pretty easily. Some carpet holds onto every strand like Velcro. We have tools that help us pull it out without tearing up the fabric, but heavy pet hair can add a lot of labor.
Clean should feel clean
We use UV protection on the plastics where it makes sense, but we're not trying to make the dashboard greasy or the steering wheel slippery. We want it to look like the car is supposed to look. Clean, even, and close to an OEM finish.

Can you get every stain out?
No one can honestly promise that. Some stains have changed the color of the material. Some have been there too long or were treated with something that set them. We'll work on it and tell you where the limit is.
Will it smell like chemicals afterward?
We are not trying to cover the car in a heavy scent. The point is to remove the dirt and buildup, not perfume over it.
How long does it take to dry?
That depends on the fabric, weather, and how much wet cleaning it needed. We keep the moisture down and we'll tell you what still needs airflow when you pick it up.
