Here's what you're actually getting
We hand wash the exterior and then apply a ceramic-based sealant to the clean surfaces. It gives the paint better water behavior, a slicker feel, and some short-term protection. For a car that isn't coated, it is an easy way to add protection on wash day.
It does not include the hours of decontamination, polishing, panel prep, and dedicated coating application that go into Ceramic Coating. We won't blur those together just because both products use the word ceramic.
It won't fix the paint underneath
The sealant can make clean paint look glossier, but it doesn't remove swirl marks, water-spot etching, or scratches. Those are polishing problems. It also won't last like a properly installed coating.
If the car already has a ceramic coating, tell us. We need to know what is on the paint before adding anything over it.

Questions we hear about Ceramic Wash
Is this a ceramic coating?
No. It is a hand wash finished with a ceramic sealant. A coating is a separate service with much more prep and a different application.
How long does the sealant last?
It depends on the product, prep, driving, storage, weather, and future washing. We don't attach one guaranteed number to every car.
Will it hide scratches?
No. It may add gloss, but scratches and swirl marks need polishing if you want them reduced.
